Use of the service
You may use Music Maps only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your use of the service and for activity that occurs through your account.
Accounts
- You may need an account to access some features.
- You must provide accurate information when signing in.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for activity carried out through your sign-in link or authenticated session.

- misuse, disrupt, or interfere with Music Maps or its infrastructure

- use the service to infringe intellectual property or other rights

Educational content
Music Maps is provided for educational and informational purposes. We try to make the material useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
Intellectual property
Music Maps and its content, design, branding, software, graphics, audio, and interactive materials are owned by Music Maps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. Except where the law allows it or we expressly permit it, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from the service or its content.
Third-party services and content
Music Maps may integrate or link to third-party services, including Firebase / Google and YouTube. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Music Maps at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.
Disclaimers
Music Maps is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Music Maps and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Music Maps will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.
